This one has taken a while to come together.

Things have been really hard for a long time it feels, but lockdown has really been the first time that we have globally been made to stop.

This record has been my attempt to use this time to identify and name those things that have been consistently hard, and that I have begun to feel so accutely now that I have been able to stop.

This is a record about not coping and trying your best to make sense of yourself as you deal with each moment.
